What ages do you work with?

I primarily work with children, teens, and young adults, though I also work with clients outside of this age range depending on individual needs and fit.

What concerns do you help with?

I primarily work with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, trauma/PTSD, complex PTSD, stress, burnout, grief, life transitions, self-esteem, body image concerns, eating disorders, and relationship challenges.

What can I expect during my first session?

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We’ll discuss what brings you to therapy, your goals, and any questions you may have about the process.

What therapeutic approaches do you use?

My work is rooted in person-centered therapy and incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), somatic grounding techniques, play-based interventions for children, and other evidence-based approaches tailored to your personal needs.

Do you involve parents or caregivers?

When appropriate, yes. Parent support and family sessions can be valuable tools for supporting children and teens outside of therapy sessions.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes. I am in-network with Medica, United Healthcare, UMR, and United Behavioral Health through Optum. Additional insurance options may be available through Cedar & Ivy Counseling Services.

What if I don’t have insurance?

Private Pay and limited Reduced Fee spots are available upon request.
